Work with your mentor.

A mentor, different from your traineeship supervisor, should be nominated to support you while in your host organisation. Their role is to provide support, encouragement and information relative to the work environment (company culture, informal codes of conduct, etc.). Keep in good contact with them and use their experience to learn and develop your skills and competencies further.
