The well-known São Roque Park is a spacious and wooded area, perfect for a stroll, featuring a café and picnic tables.

This park, the former Quinta da Lameira, opened to the public in 1979 after being acquired by the Porto City Council. It boasts a lush and cool forest, stone benches, grassy platforms, a lake, a viewpoint overlooking the Douro River, a small boxwood maze, and a playground. During summer weekends, the park hosts cultural events showcasing art and painting.
