If you are looking for a place to go out at night and don't want to stay in one bar or club the whole time, you should check out the "Stadtbahn Bögen", so basically city line arches. It's along one of the biggest streets in Vienna called "Gürtel", exactly where the underground line U6 operates, which used to be called "Stadtbahn" so city rail/line. And in the arches under the U6 you'll find a lot of clubs and bars with different music and styles. There is something for every taste.

And the next food vendor is never far away, even at 4:00 in the morning.
